SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are sent in sturdy cardboard boxes with bubble wrap padding to secure the contents.

Frozen sloe orders over 10 lbs are posted in food grade polystyrene boxes.
​
Frozen sloes will be defrosted on receipt and should be used straight away.
​
All orders are sent with Royal Mail 1st class service.
​
Orders dispatch within 4 working days.

RETURN POLICY
Damaged or faulty items we pay for the return (at our discretion).
