The Samphire season is up and running.

Max guarding our haul of Samphire out on the marshes yesterday, we cooked some last night, just simply boil for 3 minutes and add a good knob of butter. Delicious.
With the restaurants hopefully reopening shortly, we will be kept busy harvesting until early august time.
